Technology Today is back for its long awaited Season 2!!

This Thursday at 4:30pm EST, we pick up where Season 1 left off & continue talking about the important technology issues of the day. Our Season 2 Premier episode represents well our global reach and focus as we discuss differing technology etiquette around the world. Joining us is a guest we have been trying to land on Technology Today for over a year – Ms. Sheila Khatri, of Moti International and a recognized expert on cross cultural, global trade. Sheila will share her insights into what makes for proper etiquette from around the world for a range of activities such as taking phone calls or sending text messages while in public to bigger issues like using technology in client presentations.

  1. Here is a word about our guest – Sheila Khatri, Esq. is the founder of Moti International, formerly the Maryland India Center (the State of Maryland’s first Trade Office in India). Moti provides U.S. technology firms with business development services, including surrogate employer services.

    Ms. Khatri has over 14 years of experience in international business development and international trade. Since 2005, she has worked with U.S. companies to sell goods, services and technology in India by providing U.S. companies with India-based sales professionals. She strives to take the mystic out of selling abroad and provides services to quickly enter the market with low in-country risk. Prior to starting Moti International, Ms. Khatri was General Counsel and Administrative Officer of ExonHit Therapeutics, Inc, the U.S. subsidiary of a French Biotechnology firm.

    She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from the School of Business Administration, the University of Maryland in College Park, MD, and a law degree from the University of Baltimore, MD.
